Sorry For The Break

I’ve been neglecting this blog for a little while now, and I feel as if I should at least explain my absence.
Things have been very hectic in our household over the last few weeks, I’ve been put on a new medication that’s skyrocketed my mania, and over enthusiastic neighbors have been making free time difficult-sneaking into the garden to use the WiFi and letting themselves in while I’m asleep…who does that?? It makes for a very tiring life!

So I’ve been drained and unmotivated. I’m not making excuses and I’ll be kicking myself firmly up the backside and cracking on with some serious changes. From the 7th of May I will be undertaking The Water Challenge and posting my progress, and also to coincide with finally starting treatment for my BPD (yay) I will be attempting to fix my diet and general health to see if it really is possible to eat yourself happy.
